The big terrace offers a nice lounge group, a dining set and of course sunbeds.

The complex has a big saltwater swimmingpool and pool for the children. The apartment is placed 100 meters from the absolute best beach in Mojacar (some say Spain) and the area offers everything you can ask for, such as lots of restaurants with really nice food at low prices, nice beach bars and a beautiful beach promenade. If you like the nature, this area offers lots of beautiful places to see.

  • We’ve just returned from a wonderful two night stay at Birgitte’s apartment. It is beautiful, well equipped, and a really lovely place to be. We enjoyed the large terrace, the perfect climate control throughout, and the swimming pool within the complex was a bonus on the day we were blown off the beach! The apartment’s position is perfect too - opposite a fantastic sandy beach and cool beach bar (Titos) amongst lots of other choices. We felt so well looked after and well communicated with too, which was brilliant as we’d made a last minute booking. Everything about our stay was perfect for us and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. We are already planning a return stay - but for longer next time!

  • Beautiful, immaculately clean apartment with an amazing sea view. We appreciated that the apartment was filled with quality products (bed linen/duvets/comfy sofas etc) rather than the usual Airbnb sparsely furnished apartments. The view is absolutely spectacular - as is the enormous terrace! It is literally a 1-2 minute walk to relocate to the beach! Lots of really great restaurants to chose from within a few minutes walk - even in the dead of winter. All in all - we would definitely recommend this apartment without hesitation. Thanks Birgitte.

  • We have already re-booked :-) We loved it here so much, we have already booked to go again in October! The apartment is spotless, Birgitte and Tracy both very easily contactable. The view from the apartment is lovely. Mojacar as a place is just lovely with many bars and restaurants. The bars are a good quality and not Benidorm type. There is not a town ctre as such, just plenty of places to eat and drink along the sea front and also set back. If you are thinking of staying in Mojacar, look no further than this apartment. Surroundings
Mojacar Playa has a lovely atmosphere with the wide beach to the amazing Mediterranean. A bit up the mountain you will find Mojacar Pueblo which is an old authentic white Spanish town with small lovely streets and lots of shops etc. Mojacar has lots of activities and people in the high season but without the feeling that is is too crowded
